GCA has a technological platform that allows tracking and tracing your shipment on real time in a dynamic way and allows to see your WH receipts, AWB and electronics B/L’s.

Instructions

To see the status of your cargo you must enter your login name and password. The list will be filled with the warehouse receipts for the cargo that you are moving. Double click on the items in the list to see the Warehouse Receipt in another window. From the warehouse receipt window right click and select "Print" if you want a printed copy of your warehouse receipt. On the warehouse receipt window you can also see the cargo shipping information.

The cargo status is shown in a color code as indicated below.

	On Hand	The cargo is in the warehouse.
	Loaded	The cargo is loaded in a Cargo Release or a Shipment.
	In Transit	The cargo has already left the warehouse and is on route to its destination.
	At Destination	The cargo has already arrived at its destination point.
	Delivered	The cargo has been delivered to the consignee.

If you are using Internet Explorer: In order to sign in into our Inventory System, you need to install an ActiveX Control. Software runs over Internet Explorer 7 and but 32 bits. It also runs over Mozilla version 3.6 and before the version 4 or 3.6.15 will not work.

2. Once the ActiveX has been installed, you will be able to sign in with your user and password.

3. You will be able to send instructions to our Operations Team according to your inventory.
